Card terminal integrated with the Odoo POS

CobroYa connects the Odoo Point of Sale to your bank's Redsys TPV-PC card terminal. When you charge, the amount reaches the card terminal by itself: the cashier does not key it in and there are no charging mistakes.

What CobroYa does in your shop

Payments without keying in the amount

You pick the payment method in the POS and the amount appears on the card terminal. The customer pays by card or phone.

Receipt with the authorization

If the bank approves it, the Odoo receipt shows the card (last digits only), the authorization code and the Redsys order.

Refunds from Odoo

You refund from the order in the POS and the refund goes to the card terminal, on the same card.

Never charges twice

If the connection drops halfway through a payment, CobroYa asks the bank what happened before letting you charge again.

If the internet goes down

The card terminal charges over its own connection and CobroYa keeps working for up to 3 days without renewing the license.

Updates itself

Updates install themselves outside shop hours and never during a payment.

How it works

1Your bank gives you TPV-PC

The card terminal in Redsys TPV-PC mode and the TPV-PC Implantado software. What to ask your bank.

2You install CobroYa at the till

A wizard on the till PC: the license key we email you and your merchant details. Your Odoo address is allowed with one click when you open the POS.

3You add the module to Odoo

The module for your Odoo version, from Apps › Import Module, and a “CobroYa” payment method. See the guide.

What you need

  • Odoo 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20 (Community or Enterprise) on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or your own server. On Odoo Online, install the “Import Module” edition: the addons edition has Python code and cannot be installed there.
  • A till PC with Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or 11, 64-bit, with Chrome or Edge.
  • A card terminal compatible with Redsys TPV-PC and the TPV-PC Implantado software, provided by your bank.
  • The merchant details your bank gives you: merchant number, terminal number and merchant key.
